Sustainability, built into how we work

We operate with a lower footprint by default and design systems that help organizations reduce waste, streamline operations, and work more efficiently.

How we operate

Boshā has been a remote-first company since 2019.

Research shows that fully remote work models can reduce an employee’s carbon footprint by up to approximately 50% compared to traditional office environments. Our operating model reflects this shift.

Our work is primarily digital. The majority of what we design and deliver lives within systems, not in print. This approach minimizes material use while supporting faster, more flexible collaboration.

Beyond how we operate, we support our team and communities through flexible work, inclusive practices, and contributions to causes that matter.

How we help clients reduce waste

Our work focuses on improving how organizations manage information, processes, and communication.

We design and build systems that:

  • Replace manual processes with structured, automated workflows

  • Reduce dependency on static files and fragmented communication

  • Centralize knowledge to limit duplication and rework

  • Support scalable operations without increasing complexity

This results in more efficient operations and fewer unnecessary outputs across teams.

Giving back

We support causes that matter to our team and communities through time, expertise, and financial contributions.

This includes volunteer efforts, pro bono work, and partnerships where we can apply our skills to create meaningful impact.
